Join us! Together, we study and practice simple and effective energy medicine
techniques. This class is for everyone: from the layperson, interested in better
health to the healthcare professional. The class is fun, uplifting, and offers a
wealth of useful tools based on Donna Eden's style of Energy Medicine.
Energy Medicine offers self-help techniques to
increase vitality and performance
reduce pain, stress, and illnesses
achieve physical and mental wellness.
Emphasis is on PRACTICE of Donna's Energy Medicine techniques and growth of
each participant at their own pace. We will learn to identify problems in the energy
field and explore ways to improve and balance the flow of energy to restore
well-being.
Monthly meetings on a Saturday
